End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By using ProAtlas ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Kadoz Capital LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ProAtlas for your internal business operations.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your QuickBooks data solely to provide the services described in the Application.

5. QuickBooks Integration

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API. You grant ProAtlas read-only access to your QuickBooks transactions for the purpose of expense categorization and financial analysis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KADOZ CAPITAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KADOZ CAPITAL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Termination

You may terminate this license at any time by disconnecting ProAtlas from your QuickBooks account and ceasing use of the Application. Kadoz Capital LLC may terminate this license if you breach these terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
